Membership Terms & Conditions:
Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. Benefits only applicable to member (no gifts). Terms and pricing are subject to change. Membership will auto-renew each month until cancelled by the client. Members will accumulate 7 units of Botox units each month on the date the monthly fee is paid, up to 90 units per year. Memberships are cancelable at any time. Units prepaid can be redeemed at any time and do not expire. There is no cash value for unused units. If a membership is cancelled, applicable % discount will only be in effect during the active membership period.
